About us
TDL Master supplies TDL add-ons and related development and implementation services for TallyPrime and Tally ERP 9. We are not Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and we do not sell Tally licences on this site.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your Tally serial number
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or redistribution of our products
Orders, prices and taxes
- Prices are shown on the product page and may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies
- GST or other applicable taxes are added where required and shown before payment
- An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received
- We may cancel and refund an order where a pricing or product error is evident
Licence and permitted use
- Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one Tally serial number
- You may install the add-on on the machines running that licensed Tally
- You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the add-on file
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer or modify a compiled add-on
- Intellectual property in the add-on remains with TDL Master
Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Download links are made available on your order page and by e-mail once payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
Support
Installation support and defect fixes are provided during business hours. Support covers the add-on itself, not your Tally licence, your data or unrelated third-party software.
Liability
Our products are supplied on an as-described basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Tally data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction over any dispute.
