Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective from: 24 October 2026 (version 2026-10-24). Applies prospectively to purchases made after publication.

    Before purchasing

Please review the description, features, compatibility, scope, duration and charges before making payment. Contact us for clarification or use an available demonstration or trial before purchasing.

    When refunds do not apply

Subject to the exceptions and statutory rights below, change-of-mind refunds are not available for:

    • Products, licences, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, credit packs or digital access already supplied or activated, even if unused or only partly used.
    • Software or other products used for processing, posting, exporting, downloading or obtaining the agreed output.
    • Consultations, training, implementation, onboarding, customisation and other services properly delivered; for work in progress, only the properly completed portion and lawful documented commitments remain chargeable.
    • Unused time in a current paid subscription or membership period.

Non-use, lack of time, changed requirements, selecting the wrong product despite accurate disclosed information, or purchasing an alternative does not by itself qualify for a refund. We do not provide a general cooling-off or money-back period. Mere purchase or use does not remove rights relating to a genuine defect or our failure to deliver.

Cancellation before supply or service commencement

Requests received before supply or commencement will be assessed against the agreed order terms, work actually performed and lawful documented commitments. Any amount due for unperformed work or undelivered supply will be refunded as applicable. No arbitrary cancellation penalty applies.

    Issues and exceptions

Duplicate payments, non-delivery, defective or incorrect products, material service deficiencies, incorrect credit deductions, and supply that does not match the agreed description will be investigated and resolved appropriately. This may include correction, replacement, restoration of access or credits, or a refund, as applicable. Prior usage does not exclude a genuine complaint. If we cancel or cannot deliver the agreed supply, we will refund the amount attributable to the undelivered portion, subject to applicable law.

    External charges

Government fees and third-party charges actually remitted are subject to the recipient's refund rules, without limiting our responsibility for our own errors. Such amounts must be distinguished from amounts still held by us.

    Subscriptions and renewals

Stopping a future renewal does not automatically refund the current paid period. Change-of-mind cancellations do not qualify for a proportionate refund for unused time. Unless a refund or other termination applies, access continues until the paid period expires.

    Requests and processing

Contact the support or grievance contact published on this website with your order or invoice number, payment reference and details of the issue. Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time. Any shorter statutory deadline will prevail. This processing period is not a refund eligibility window.

    Applicable rights and earlier purchases

This policy does not exclude or restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law. The policy and specific terms accepted when purchasing apply to that purchase; later changes will not retrospectively reduce those rights. Any more favourable express commitment made for an order will be honoured. The responsible seller or service provider is the entity identified in your order or invoice.
