Information we collect
- Account details: name, e-mail address, phone number and password
- Order details: billing name and address, Tally serial number, GSTIN where provided
- Payment status and transaction reference returned by our payment gateway
- Support correspondence you send us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through analytics cookies
How we use it
- To create and issue your add-on licence against your Tally serial number
- To deliver downloads, invoices and order communication
- To provide support, updates and compatibility builds
- To meet tax and accounting obligations
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful
Payments
Card and bank details are entered on the payment gateway's own secure page. We do not receive, process or store full card numbers, CVV values or banking credentials — only the transaction result needed to confirm your order.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the business — payment gateways, hosting, e-mail delivery and analytics — and where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies for login and cart function, and Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though login and checkout will not work correctly without the essential ones.
Retention and security
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is active. Access is restricted and connections to the site are encrypted.
Your rights
You may ask us to correct your details, provide a copy of the data we hold about you, or close your account and delete data we are not legally required to keep. Write to support@tallymaster.in.
