Nature of Digital Products
All products sold by Tally Master are digital software products developed using Tally Definition Language (TDL) and delivered electronically. Due to the intangible nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon delivery, such products are classified as non-returnable.
No Refund After Delivery or Download
Once a TDL file has been delivered to the customer by electronic means or made available for download, the transaction shall be deemed fully completed. No refund, cancellation, or reversal shall be permitted after delivery or download, irrespective of whether the product is installed, used, or found unsuitable for the customer’s requirements.
Incorrect Purchase or Incompatibility
Refunds shall not be granted for incorrect purchases, misunderstanding of product features, incompatibility with the customer’s Tally version, system limitations, or change of mind after purchase. Customers are advised to carefully review product details and compatibility information before completing the transaction.
Wrong Receipt, Duplicate or Excess Payment
In cases where an incorrect receipt, duplicate payment, or excess payment is made, Tally Master may, at its sole discretion and after verification, process a refund of the excess amount. Such refunds shall be subject to a mandatory banking and processing charge of Rs. 500, which shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds, where applicable, shall be processed through the original mode of payment or such other method as deemed appropriate by Tally Master. The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account shall depend on the payment gateway and banking system, and Tally Master shall not be responsible for delays beyond its control.
Right to Refuse Refund
Tally Master reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not fall within the limited circumstances expressly stated in this policy. By completing a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges and accepts this Refund and Cancellation Policy in full.
