1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to, purchase of, download, delivery, and use of digital Tally Definition Language (TDL) products offered by Tally Master through this website. By accessing this website or placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the customer does not accept these terms, they must not use the website or purchase any product.

2. Nature of Products

All products offered by Tally Master are digital software add-ons developed using Tally Definition Language (TDL) and intended for use with licensed versions of Tally software. No physical goods, printed materials, or tangible media are supplied. Product delivery is completed either through direct digital download or through secure electronic transmission after successful payment confirmation.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

Product descriptions, features, screenshots, and compatibility details are provided for general informational purposes only. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, the customer bears sole responsibility for verifying product suitability, technical compatibility, and operational requirements prior to purchase. Tally Master does not warrant that any TDL will meet specific business needs unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Order Confirmation and Completion

An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment through the integrated payment gateway. Once the TDL file is made available for download or is electronically delivered to the customer, the transaction shall be considered fully executed and irrevocably completed, regardless of whether the customer installs or uses the product.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and Tally Master does not store or process customers’ banking or card information on its own systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally Master shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, accounting discrepancies, business interruption, or financial loss arising from the use or inability to use the purchased TDL. In all circumstances, the total liability of Tally Master shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All TDL products, source code, logic, designs, documentation, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Tally Master. Purchase of a product grants the customer a limited, non-transferable right to use the TDL strictly in accordance with the applicable License and Usage Policy. No ownership rights are transferred, and unauthorised copying, distribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the website, or the products sold herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu.
